The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership within a prestigious financial services firm, ensuring seamless operations, executive coordination, and an exceptional office experience. Client Details Join a fast-paced financial services organization where you'll serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, managing high-level priorities while helping drive the success of a dynamic New York office. Description Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Support the preparation and coordination of events and meetings. Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and expense reports. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Profile A successful Administrative Assistant/Receptionist should have: 2-5 Years as an administrative Assistant, finance is preferred.. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
