Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey
Job Type: Temporary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions along with general office administration. This is a temporary role ideal for someone who can multitask, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining personnel records
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Help process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain HR databases and update employee records accurately
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Provide general office administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
  • Coordinate with vendors and support office operations as needed
  • Support temporary workers’ payroll payment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
