  • Job Description: We are looking for a super sharp, bright, and organized individual to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA for Administrative Assistant position.
  • Type: Full-time
  • General Working Days: Minimum 40 hours/ Week. includes occasional work or tasks off-hours or weekends)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS FOR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • EXCEPTIONALLY SHARP, PUNCTUAL, DETAILED-ORIENTED, AND ORGANIZED
  • Be able to work independently or as a team. Motivated with good interpersonal skills. Good research skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under time pressure/deadlines
  • Strong internet skills (Searching online, Internet, shopping online, etc)
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid California driver license

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):):

  • Document and Shipment Processing ( scanning, filing, mailing, etc )
  • Answer incoming phones, Greet customers and visitors
  • Organize office and conference rooms.
  • Contact customers via email, phone, or online chat to process orders, returns, replacements, etc.
  • Setup meetings and be point of contact.
  • Shipping, Packing, and related tasks
  • Respond to emails, fax, inquiries, etc
  • Purchasing, sorting, organizing.
  • Other projects as required by management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service skills
  • Previous order management
