Job description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant Intern.
Location: Sparta, NJ.

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant Intern will support HR and Quality teams by improving training record management within the Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on researching, organizing, and implementing efficient processes for maintaining training records and supporting documents.
  • Research and implement streamlined methods for managing training records in the LMS.
  • Map and organize existing training records.
  • Support real-time record management processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Quality teams to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:ย 
  • 1+ year of related experience, training, or relevant project work preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Knowledge of ADP is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM Hours are flexible - Contract.
Pay: $17 - $19.
