Job description

As do our business Partners - from national scale hotel brands and major league baseball to the family-run coffee shop around the corner that needs an extra barista.

We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join us at our San Francisco HQ. This role will empower you to implement growth hacking strategies, analyze data, and own projects that will have a huge impact on the products that are used every day by our partners and pros.

What You'll Do:

  • Work across product, engineering, and marketing to ideate and prioritize growth experiments.
  • Work directly with the Executive team to scale new secret initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth across the business.
  • Help blue collar workers earn money and lead better lives through Instawork.
  • Live and breathe the latest AI tools and technologies, you know what "vibe coding" means.
  • Work across our tech stack and adapt to new technologies, leading with an "Always Be Learning" attitude.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical or analytical field.
  • Proficient in SQL (must have) and Python (nice to have).
  • Not sure of what you want to do after school, but wish you could do a bit of everything.
  • Excited about startups.
  • Most of all - be hungry and have a "do what it takes" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

  • The pay range for this position is $30 - $44 hourly.
