Office Management Intern – Right at Home of Fremont (serving Tri-city Area and South Alameda County)

The Office Management Intern will support daily administrative and office operations at a licensed in-home care agency serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans. This part-time or full-time internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare administration, customer service, and business operations while working closely with experienced professionals.

Time Frame: Follows the semester calendar: Fall (August-December), Spring (January-May), and Summer (June-August) semesters

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, phone intake, and client communication

Support office organization, documentation, and data entry

Help with caregiver onboarding and administrative processes

Provide customer service support to clients, families, and staff

Assist with basic reporting and office coordination tasks
