OverviewThe Technical Operations & Employee Experience Intern supports the day-to-day operations of the office and assists the technical and employee experience teams with administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT operations, workplace coordination, employee engagement, and office management in a professional services environment.
The intern will gain experience supporting internal teams, coordinating office activities, assisting with inventory and equipment preparation, and helping create a welcoming and engaging employee experience. This role is ideal for someone interested in operations, IT support, workplace experience, hospitality, or business administration.
Purpose--What You'll Do
Your days will include:Technical & Operational Support
  • Prepare, organize, and stage equipment for deployment
  • Assist with inventory tracking, asset organization, and documentation
  • Support incoming and outgoing hardware shipments and deliveries
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the technical operations team
  • Help maintain workspace organization, office readiness, and equipment security procedures
  • Assist with occasional local deliveries and transportation using a company vehicle

Inventory & Equipment Assistance
  • Support inventory counts and maintain organized storage and equipment areas
  • Prepare devices and workstations for internal teams and new hires
  • Assist with general operational and culture-building initiatives

Employee Experience & Office Support
  • Help create a welcoming office environment for employees and visitors
  • Support onboarding preparation, office events, employee engagement activities, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, common areas, and overall workplace readiness
  • Provide general administrative support for employee experience initiatives

Facilities & Administrative Support
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination and vendor requests
  • Support mail distribution, office communications, and workplace organization
  • Contribute to additional operational projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn new technology
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
