Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
As an Administrative Assistant of the Golf Maintenance department, you will be heavily involved with processing invoices, tracking expenses, and monitoring data. You will serve as a receptionist for the department, greeting visitors and answering questions, as appropriate. You will also serve as the department's Human Resources liaison, so speaking Spanish is required. You will report to the Assistant Director of Golf Course Operations and support the entire maintenance department, which consists of 40 team members.
The office is located at our Naples facility located on Immokalee Road, east of Highway 75.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office skills
  • Interest in Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Reliable transportation
