Administrative Assistant

Grand Rapids, MI

35 hours/week | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming HR and administrative phone calls
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee and department records
  • Organize, file, and maintain confidential documentation
  • Assist with administrative projects and general office support as needed
  • Ensure information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications Required
  • Professional, clear, and confident phone communication skills
  • Previous experience handling confidential administrative information
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately maintain filing systems and records
