  • Ensure payroll is accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Process employee wage changes, garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
  • Reconcile, code, and submit HR department invoices for payment.
  • Report new hires, status changes, leaves of absence, classification and wage changes, and other updates that impact employee benefits.

  • Serve as a resource to employees by answering questions and providing guidance regarding benefits.
  • Reconcile employee benefits billing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Maintain and oversee HRIS records, employee files, termination files, I-9 documentation, benefits records, and survey files.
  • Track and maintain HR reports, including turnover, vacation, and other workforce-related metrics.
  • Partner with the HR Director and community leadership to support a positive and engaging workplace.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll, billing, HR administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with self-insured benefits billing preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience with Oracle preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Why Marquette?
