Job description

Purpose:
This role is accountable for the customer experience after equipment purchase-ensuring accurate
invoices, expanding Value-Added Services, and supporting long-term customer relationships. The
Sales & Administration Coordinator serves as the primary coordination point between Sales, Service,
and Customers to drive accuracy, efficiency, and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to Customers.
  • Understand Customer's unique needs and how our Value-Added Services can benefit them. Deliver tailored solutions to enhance Customer experience, accurately quoting products, and scheduling services. Proactively engage Customers through calls, emails, and texts for the purposes of educating about and selling additional products following the sale of equipment.
  • Assist in growing service business through text and call marketing to existing and new customer base.
  • Own end-to-end processing of sales transactions, including equipment invoicing, rebate processing, the creation of service agreements, and warranty purchases.
  • Maintain and organize all relevant documentation related to settlements, invoices, and warranty registrations for all manufacturers, ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Provide regular administrative support to ensure the Team operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by direct Manager or upstream leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or agricultural/equipment industries.
  • Proven attention to detail with exceptional follow-through. Must be able to manage multiple
  • workflows without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfort discussing pricing and payment options with customers in a consultative manner.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to attend off-site meetings as scheduled.
