Job description

The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance in the leasing office during turnover at a student housing apartment community. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the team with general office administration as needed.
  • Assist with resident requests regarding the move in/move out process.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • No specific level of education is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work 32 – 40 hours per week, including weekends as required. A flexible schedule of evenings and weekends would be considered.
  • Must have reliable transportation
