We are over an established 20 year retirement plan administration and advisory firm that provides services to employers sponsoring 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans that is continuing our growth. Our firm works with business owners and plan participants to ensure their retirement plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Retirement Plan Administration Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone who has graduated within the past two years who is interested in developing a career in finance, retirement plans, accounting, or employee benefits administration.


This position combines precision administrative work with direct interaction with retirement plan participants and employer clients. The role requires someone who is comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work while maintaining extremely high accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities


Administrative & Account Processing

  • Process retirement plan transactions and maintain participant account records
  • Review and enter data into internal administration systems
  • Assist with retirement plan compliance testing and reporting
  • Prepare participant distributions, loans, and account updates
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements
  • Perform detailed review of plan documents and participant records


Participant & Client Support

  • Respond to calls and emails from plan participants regarding account questions
  • Provide clear explanations regarding retirement plan features such as loans, distributions, and contributions
  • Assist employer clients with administrative requests related to their retirement plans
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and patient approach when assisting participants


Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
  • Work with internal team members to meet deadlines for plan administration tasks
  • Assist with special projects related to plan administration and compliance
