Job description

* Provide administrative support to processes, projects and the credit administration team
* Assist with lending committees including agenda creation and maintenance, package uploads for consideration, drafting of committee minutes, and processing of loan approvals (uploading/signatures/distribution)
* Initiate process for loan maintenance
* Assist with generation, distribution, and receipt of reports for committees
* Monitoring of third-party reports
* Workflow management reporting
* Vendor communication/invoices/monitoring
* Assist in scheduling and organizing materials for internal and external loan reviews, regulatory exams and audit activities
* Appraisal Engagements / Tracking
* Support credit administration initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
* Construction draw administration and management reporting
* Generate construction loan reports for senior management
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

* Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree preferred
* 1-2 years of banking, loan administration, commercial lending support, operations or administrative experience
* Working knowledge of commercial lending, credit and loan administration and banking operations
* General understanding of commercial loan documentation and credit processes
* Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with management
* Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with imaging/document management systems
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
