Job description

At DH Pace Company, Inc., we're excited to announce that we are looking to welcome aDepartmentAdministration Manager. This role is all about providing leadership and support to our amazing team, overseeing all activities within the department. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the team by monitoring performance quality, driving process improvements, and fostering employee development 
  • Manage daily activities within the department, including billing, sales, order entries, and more 
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, document any performance issues, and provide supportive counseling with targeted improvement action plans 
  • Collaborate with other managers to schedule staff effectively to meet business needs across all shifts 
  • Engage with staff to discuss and establish work plans; assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority 
  • Offer technical advice and troubleshooting assistance when needed 
  • Create a positive working environment that boosts employee morale and productivity while ensuring quality customer service 
  • Provide timely coaching, call support, and balanced feedback to our associates 
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned 

Job Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience or training. We also consider equivalent combinations of education and experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - a sense of urgency is key! 
  • Represent our company in a professional manner, showcasing great customer service and strong verbal communication skills
