Description of Primary Duties
Greet visitors pleasantly and professionally; answer phone calls; schedule advisement appointments; perform clerical duties (e.g., file, photocopy, run errands, etc.); ensure main office area is clean, stocked, and organized; assist students with course registration and general inquiries related to registration, campus resources, and programs within the McQueary College of Health and Human Services; assist advisement staff with special projects and assignments (as requested).
Required Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service skills; high level of professionalism; strong organizational skills; ability to work with and maintain confidential information; ability to complete tasks independently; computer literate (or willingness to learn).
