The position:

The administrative assistant at Community Tree Care is the hub in the wheel of our team, helping to ensure the crew works efficiently and the company runs at its very best. They support the company president, provide customer service, help coordinate projects, and help grow the business.


The ideal candidate:

You're upbeat, energetic, outgoing, and assertive. You’re a warm, professional with clients, and can hold your own in a robust debate with the crew. You genuinely enjoy helping others. You appreciate giving and receiving constructive feedback. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done. You prefer autonomy and opportunities for innovation and improvement. You think trees are cool. 


Preferred skills:

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer phone
  • Client communications 
  • Scheduling sales and service visits

Work environment:

Private office in a shop space that we share with an auto mechanic and a concrete company. The shop environment can at times be loud and busy. Mostly working independently in the office, but in frequent communication with the team. Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7a-4p, with occasional shorter or longer days.
