Job description

Administration Assistant needed immediately for a fast-growing company in Gastonia, NC. We are looking for licensed Property-Casualty Insurance Agents, but we will train and pay for the licenses of the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and assist clients with all policy questions or concerns. Direct calls to the proper persons and take messages as needed.
  • Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person.
  • Take payments and provide a receipt to customers in person or by phone
  • Contact customers from the agent's book of business and conduct Customer Protection Reviews
  • Provides customer service to policyholders as needed
  • Assists customers with problems, complaints, and other issues
  • Notifies agent/office manager of problems occurring in the support area and recommends a solution
  • Claims Follow-Up Process
  • Write Home and Auto policies as needed for Clients


Requirements
