Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at the Dietitian's office. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist patients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Update insurance payments and follow up on non payments
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields ( preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Timings: Mondays - 9am to 6pm, Thursdays - 9am to 6pm and Fridays - 9am to 12pm.

16 - 20 hrs per week

Can be flexible with timings if found a suitable candidate.
