Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Administrative Assistant to join our busy service team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming visits.
  • Contact customers regarding routine maintenance, recalls, and service campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within our dealership systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with service-related questions.
  • Follow up with customers and document all interactions.
  • Assist with rental vehicle paperwork and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the Service Department to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
