What we need:
The HR Administrator is an entry-level contributor that provides operational and administrative support to assist with standard HR programs and processes. This role contributes to the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
What you'll do:
  • Greets employees, customers, and visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct location.
  • Work closely with HR and business partners to oversee and optimize employee seating arrangements and floor plans.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Talent Development teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the phone system and messages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and redirect all necessary calls.
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating meetings, agendas, required materials, summary reports, and presentations for projects.
  • Prepare various weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

What you're good at:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to handle confidential Information.
