About the job Enrollment Provider Admin
Enrollment Provider Admin needs 1-2 years of experience in business environment.
Enrollment Admin requires:
Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers.
Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member.
Organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
1-2 years of experience in business environment.
Provider credentialing experience a plus.
Enrollment Admin duties:

  • Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system.
  • Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
  • Verify required documentation.
  • Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
  • Outreach providers via email and by phone.
  • Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
