Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Jackson, MS

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform

  • Perform user, group, role, and access management

  • Configure and maintain:

    • Forms, lists, UI policies, and business rules

    • Client scripts and workflows

  • Manage incident, problem, change, and request modules

  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability

  • Perform upgrades, patching, and release management

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

  • Maintain documentation and follow ITIL best practices

  • Support integrations with third-party tools and systems

  • Ensure platform security and compliance standards are met

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • ServiceNow ITSM modules

    • User & role administration

    • Workflows, UI policies, business rules

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades and releases

  • Experience working with ITIL processes

  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
