Job description

The Central Service Support Administrator (CSSA) provides administrative and project support to the Central Service Department.. They may be directly responsible for performing a variety of office administrative and reporting functions.

This position is a fully onsite role at the MG Properties Corporate Office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process regularly scheduled documents such as monthly reporting.
  • Handle a large volume of department mailings.
  • Track and report monthly mailings of legal notices and demands.
  • Assists with reporting schedules and calendars.
  • Manage Operations Suite office supplies
  • Assist in organizing seminars, training courses and department events.
  • Reconcile department invoices, credit cards and expense reports.
  • Assisting in preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Assist with special projects, which may include planning and coordinating presentations, and department events.

Knowledge, Experience, Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two to three years of administrative experience. Real Estate or property management experience preferred.
  • Solution oriented with high level reasoning, creativity, and strategic thinking ability.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency

Additional Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics Required:

  • Computer savvy and good with new technology and software's
  • Excellent attention to detail is a requirement
  • Ability to cross check ones work multiple times to reduce errors
  • To be able to handle a large volume of work, accurately and quickly
