Job Title: Engineering Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to support our engineering and project teams. In this role, you serve as a critical link between engineering, operations, and administrative functions, ensuring projects are organized, documented, and executed efficiently. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams while applying strong organizational and communication skills to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineering and project management teams.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines across cross-functional teams.
  • Track project statuses, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and data in an organized manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for engineering and project activities.
  • Support communication between engineering, operations, and administrative functions to ensure alignment.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Essential Skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or engineering support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay and Benefits
