You are:
An experienced SAP Basis Administrator and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP landscape, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Basis administration, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and other SAP modules.
  • Manage SAP system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of SAP applications.
  • Administer databases supporting SAP systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA). Perform database backups, restores, and optimization tasks.
  • Ensure database security and integrity. User and Role Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations within SAP systems.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and application errors.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to track system health and performance (e.g., Solution Manager).
  • Generate reports on system usage, performance metrics, and incidents. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to support business requirements. Communicate technical solutions and updates to stakeholders effectively. Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop and implement best practices for SAP Basis administration.

This is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL and will require three days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Orlando, FL, Columbus, OH, Houston, TX or Nashville, TN.
What you need:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration including proficiency in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of database management experience (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of SAP security and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
