Overview: Admin Functional Support 2
Our client is seeking an Admin Functional Support 2, to play a key role in keeping essential functional areas running smoothly-supporting teams across finance, purchasing, human resources, and project/business/technical units. You'll gather, verify, and organize data from multiple sources, then compile and analyze it to produce clear, accurate reports and documentation.
Requirements: Admin Functional Support 2
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or experience
  • High attention to detail when gathering, recording, tracking, and verifying data
  • Ability to compile, review, and analyze information
  • Experience using relevant software tools to create:
    • reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs
    • correspondence and presentations
  • Strong organization and communication skills to provide accurate information to others
  • Willingness to support functional processes and procedures across assigned areas
  • Demonstrated capability to support workflow improvements (e.g., helping design or refine processes)
Nice to Have Skills: Admin Functional Support 2
  • Experience supporting more than one functional area (e.g., both HR and purchasing)
