Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the HubSpot platform to support organizational goals and recruiting operations

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and CRM enhancements
  • Manage user access, permissions, and platform settings
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, security, and overall CRM health
  • Develop reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights
  • Support integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
  • Assist with data entry, document generation, and CRM-related administrative tasks
  • Stay current on HubSpot features, best practices, and emerging AI capabilities

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration, including workflows, reporting, customization, and automation
