About the Job
We need two part-time reliable, organized people to handle our day-to-day back-office administrative support. You'll work behind the scenes helping with customer/suppliers billing, digital files, warranty claims, and incoming paperwork. This isn't big corp. America job. You will talk with team members, customers and vendors to sort out questions, fix discrepancies, and keep numbers straight.
If you are good with numbers, like checking off daily tasks accurately, and know your way around an Excel sheet, you'll do well here. We offer training. At Valley City Supply you will gain and hone skills that will enhance your ability.
What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an office, administrative, or bookkeeping role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a MUST and basic Office apps (Outlook, Word).
• Associate degree (or equivalent) preferred-any field of study is fine.
• Solid attention to detail and someone who follows through on tasks without needing to be micromanaged.
• Note: Qualified applicants will take a short Excel and basic skills test as part of the interview process.
