Must Have: Applied organizational skills Basic Computer/MS Office products

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a part-time position. This position will be between 20-24 hours a week. Pay rate will depend on skill set and experience. Days of the week are flexible as the business needs dictate, which can be fluid at times, so the candidate will have to have the skillset to predict and prepare to support the demand signal. Will need someone that can be flexible and work around the needs for the site.

Job Duties

  • General office support to include: ordering of supplies, coordination & administrative support of meetings with site visitors including access control system management.
  • Some data entry to corporate systems for Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Sustainability and ESG Data, Support for new hire onboarding plus other support jobs as assigned by the Site Manager.
