We are currently hiring for an Executive Admin Assistant 4 role for a fully onsite opportunity in Plano, TX.

Position: Executive Admin Assistant 4
Location: Plano, TX (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr on W2

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP-level executives and leadership teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and executive presentation development
• Strong calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:
