We are hiring an experienced Executive Admin Assistant 4 for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Plano, TX.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.

  • Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, and meeting conflicts.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, agendas, and events.

  • Review invoices, reports, memos, and other business documents.

  • Handle executive expense reports and administrative requests.

  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding and IT access requests.

  • Manage office supplies, records, seating charts, and organizational updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and executive-level stakeholders.
