Job description

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $83,000.00 Annually

The Associate NetSuite Administrator supports the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of NetSuite under the direction of the NetSuite Administrator. This role provides first-line user support, assists with system access, saved searches, reports, dashboards, testing, documentation, data maintenance, and routine configuration updates. The Junior NetSuite Administrator works closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other business users to help ensure NetSuite is accurate, reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide first-line NetSuite support to internal users, including troubleshooting routine issues, answering user questions, and escalating complex matters to the NetSuite Administrator.
  • Assist with user setup, role assignments, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, and routine access reviews in accordance with established security and approval protocols.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and basic data visualizations for business users.
  • Assist with routine NetSuite configuration updates, including fields, forms, lists, records, workflows, approval routing, and page layout changes as directed by the NetSuite Administrator.
  • Participate in testing for system enhancements, releases, customizations, and issue resolutions; document results and communicate findings clearly.
  • Perform data maintenance tasks, including CSV imports, mass updates, record cleanup, validation, and reconciliation support to help maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain user guides, process documentation, training materials, and support logs to promote consistent system usage and knowledge sharing.
  • Support financial and operational processes within NetSuite, including areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Record to Report.
  • Monitor assigned support tickets, enhancement requests, and follow-up items to ensure timely communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors as needed to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Build working knowledge of NetSuite functionality, release updates, best practices, and business processes to support continued professional growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • One to two years of experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, finance systems, business systems support, accounting operations, or related administrative support preferred.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite navigation, roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, CSV imports, or data maintenance preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer-service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, follow established procedures, document work clearly, and elevate issues appropriately.
  • NetSuite certification, NetSuite training, or demonstrated interest in growing NetSuite administration skills is a plus.
