Position Description- Accounts payables entry
- Accounts Payable monthly statement reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor account records
- Oversee and manage purchase orders (match receipts and P.O.s) to confirm proper invoicing
- Address purchase order over receipt issues
- Support other members of accounts payable division as needed
- Work closely with operations teams (P.O.s and A.P. invoicing)
- Receiving
- Other tasks may be assigned
Position RequirementsAbilities/Requirements:- Admin/Clerical experience (2 years minimum)
- Accounts payable experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously
- Willing to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (We do E-Verify)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree/Some College preferred
