Job Description Warehouse Building Maintenance - Decatur, ILThis is a full time, hourly position.Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-FridayPay Rate: Based on experience, range of $26-30/hourPosition Summary:This position is responsible for overall building maintenance and upkeep of three warehouse facilities. Employee is responsible for maintaining the facilities systems and warehouse handling equipment. Employee will need a valid Driver's License to travel between the three warehouse facilities. Job Responsibilities:Perform routine, comprehensive, and preventative maintenance tasksInspect warehouse handling equipment and racking systemsMaintain forklift fleetTroubleshoot problems related to malfunctioning equipmentPerform millwright dutiesEnhanced rigging dutiesRespond in a timely manner to service requests by fellow colleaguesAbility to read spec sheets and blue printsEnsure accuracy of maintenance recordsAssist with snow removal as needed.
