Overview

Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale

Schedule Information: In-person instruction Monday and Wednesday evenings, Fall 2026

Job Description: Teaching BIO 230 Microbiology; in-person, lecture and laboratory sessions

Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Biology with experience teaching microbiology; or a master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in biological science, plus experience teaching microbiology..

Experience Requirements: Recent college-level teaching experience in both lecture and lab environments, and ability to work with course management systems such as Blackboard are the preferred qualifications.

* Employment is contingent upon Criminal Background Check.
