Job Summary:

The Psychologist position offers an opportunity to provide individual, group, and family counseling services to youth ADHD clients at the Youth Focus Clinic in Springfield, Missouri. As a licensed Psychologist, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specified time frames. Our dynamic team is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated professional like you to join our team.

The Psychologist position offers...

  • $10,000 Sign on Bonus - To be paid out after the first 30 days of employment and subject to all applicable state and federal tax withholdings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, family and/or other practical counseling to meet the needs of the client/patient and their goals of treatment.
  • Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment process within appropriate time frames as designated by state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards.
  • Determine and document diagnosis based on comprehensive assessment.
  • Develop treatment plans for clients/patients in accordance with state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards that demonstrate individualization and evolution based on information gathered from assessment.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • Must possess a doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Provisional Licensed Psychologist (PLP) in the state of Missouri.
  • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in.
  • Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve.
