Job description

Pay Rate $24.01-$26.44 per hour, depending on certification and experience!

CADAC II certification (or higher) required or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hire



Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. 

We are seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at New Castle Correctional Facility in New Castle, Indiana.

The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services field preferred
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
  • Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable


Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday
