• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities to facilitate client breakthroughs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards, ensuring client information is handled with the utmost care.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop comprehensive care strategies, sharing insights and progress updates during regular case consultations.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge about available community resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and emerging practices in the field of mental health, incorporating new techniques and insights into your therapeutic approach.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Our clinic serves a wide demographic, including various cultural backgrounds and life experiences, necessitating a mindful and adaptable therapeutic approach. By addressing both immediate concerns and long-term healing strategies, you will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering resilience and promoting overall mental wellness.

• A relevant master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Proficient understanding of solution-based therapy techniques, allowing the ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of individual clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply critical thinking in developing treatment strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, respecting and valuing the contributions of colleagues.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is favorable, as it provides insight into diverse patient backgrounds and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Previous work with trauma-informed care approaches and familiarity with evidence-based practice methodologies enhance your effectiveness in this position.
• Demonstrated experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly regarded.
