The Role

As a Clinical Director, you’ll lead and support a team of clinicians while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and clinical outcomes.
You’ll:
  • Mentor and guide Program Managers and clinical staff
  • Oversee treatment planning and clinical quality
  • Support case development and problem-solving
  • Ensure ethical, effective, and individualized care
  • Collaborate with a team that values communication and support
What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience supervising clinical staff
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Someone who values quality care, mentorship, and collaboration
