Work Environment

This full-time, remote position allows you to create a flexible work schedule while working in an outpatient setting. Our modern technological tools enable seamless communication with patients, enhancing the quality of mental health care provided. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, you may occasionally collaborate with fellow professionals in an office setting to foster a supportive and enriching team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise clinical care for patients, ensuring each individual receives the highest quality support tailored to their unique needs.
  • Conduct both individualized and group therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments and maintaining detailed treatment logs for each patient.
  • Catering to a diverse caseload, apply advanced assessment skills to identify psychological needs and work collaboratively with patients to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize refined therapeutic techniques to address crises, provide educational resources, and guide patients and their families towards resolutions.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations to integrate comprehensive care within the clinical framework.
  • Compile and maintain documentation including strategy outlines, progress summaries, and necessary revisions to optimize care and document patient journeys.
  • Facilitate access to specialized resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Engage in continuous evaluations to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to address any evolving needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients, each with unique psychological profiles and needs. Our focus is on fostering resilience and growth in patients facing various mental health challenges. By providing personalized care, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their therapeutic goals and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
  • Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for this position.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting is essential to succeed in this role.
Preferred Experience

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms and techniques can enhance your effectiveness in delivering virtual care. Additionally, familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably as we prioritize a diverse approach to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer an attractive benefits package, including:

  • A sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,500.
  • Flexible scheduling with options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Opportunity for bonuses, with up to an additional USD 2,000 based on state licensure.
