About the Team and PositionAssociate, Treasury Operations (Rebuild/Delayed Backout)
We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Rebuild/Delayed Backout Associate to join our Treasury Operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our customers, especially when complex post-sale issues arise. You'll work at the intersection of finance and customer experience, using your problem-solving skills to right the wrongs. Your work will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and our company's financial integrity. You'll be the go-to expert on the core processes, collaborating with multiple teams including Customer Experience, Legal, and our external partners like Bridgecrest.
What You'll Be Doing
Delayed Backout and Rebuilds:
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to turn negative customer experiences around!
    • Manage the handling of funds and coordinate with customers, internal teams and external servicing partners to ensure the loan journey is handled smoothly during the resolution journey.

Actively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to find the best possible outcome for our customers.Ad Hoc Reports and Communication:
    • Review and ownership of reporting related to trade-vehicles, registration, purchase verification and other related scenarios.

Timely review and response to purchase inquiries received through a variety of communication methods (email, slack, JIRA etc)
Team ExpectationsMaintain strong individual and team performance while successfully managing a consistently high volume of tickets. Focus on balancing quality, accuracy, and timeliness to support customers effectively and keep workflows moving efficiently. Continue developing knowledge and processes to help the team scale and maintain high standards as workload demands grow.

  • Starting Pay: $23.00/hr
  • At 6-Months: $23.50/hr
  • At 12-Months: $24.50/hr
