Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Perform financial booking activities for commercial bilateral deals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of the booking and funding process.

  • Set up and maintain billing schedules, pricing options, client records, and indicative data while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Process complex loan administration transactions, including loan booking, payment administration, loan system reconciliation, and quality review.

  • Collaborate with document administrators, attorneys, and business partners to support efficient loan processing and maintain strong professional relationships.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Previous banking experience with knowledge of credit agreements, legal documentation, and loan documentation review.

  • Experience with commercial loans, financial booking processes, or loan administration functions.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred. Loan IQ experience and a Bachelor's degree are a plus.
