We also distribute content through global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as a leading Asian media hub for AAPI communities throughout the United States.
Position Overview:
The Ad Operations Associate supports the successful execution, optimization, and delivery of advertising campaigns across multiple OTT and CTV platforms. This position works closely with internal teams, advertisers, publishers, demand partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, delivered on schedule, and optimized to meet performance goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage direct/programmatic campaigns; focusing on timely, accurate implementations and delivery
  • Communicate with partners for new ad packages, inventories etc.
  • Onboarding new DSP/SSP partners
  • Lead troubleshooting of monetization and delivery issues such as under pacing, reporting discrepancies, ad architecture, and technical issues
  • Analyze direct sold and programmatic campaign effectiveness, ad product KPIs across content types (FAST/Live Channels, VOD) and devices (CTV, mobile, web)
  • Supervise external vendors and platforms to ensure all systems are running efficiently
  • Build first-hand knowledge of publisher side advertising technology in order to consult with demand partners on best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem

Requirements
  • Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience inadvertising campaigns
  • Global ad operation experience from global SSP or publishers preferred
  • Proven experience with ad serving platforms preferred (i.e.GAM, Publica )
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and formulas)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The estimated compensation range for this position is $26.00 to $34.00 per hour.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, education, and business needs.
