Job description

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare company sales revenue and customer open order report (Weekly), as well as a customer forecast demand report. (Quarterly)
  2. Administer suppliers change requests, manage customer forms to identify any changes to products
  3. Work with OEM's & Suppliers on obtaining compliance documentation / certification for customers
  4. Assist with reporting and tracking business opportunities within ERP/CRM system
  5. Assist in show and event planning
  6. Quote Creation & converting Quotes to Sales Orders
  7. Part number creation, production order creation, Ariba order & shipping confirmations
  8. Respond to customers' inquiries and follow up on leads or issues
  9. Assist in preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
  10. Assist in customer contact mapping to project specific current & new opportunities
  11. Assist in managing dashboards, reports (historic, present, future) data mining support & trends
  12. Project accounting alignment and management, order fulfillment and inventory management support.
  13. Coordination with suppliers to ensure alignment on product availability delivery timelines
  14. Provide purchasing with information related to Sales Forecasts to ensure proper inventory to support order fulfilment and competitive acquisition cost.
  15. End of Life (EOL) Assistance
  16. Working with OEMs and Suppliers on product lifecycle plans
  17. Support team and Tech Dev on identifying replacement options
  18. Support customer with timeline of transition

Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in sales, marketing and / or related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to resolve a conflict or issue quickly and completely
  • Experience with Acumatica, HubSpot or related systems preferred
  • Strong ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Provides clear, concise, and organized communications
  • Anticipates and meets needs of customers delivering high quality product and service support
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in technology, business and / or related fields
