Job description

IQ Clarity has a Dallas/Fort Worth based client that is looking to hire an experienced Acumatica ERP Administrator. The position will be onsite in their Dallas office and may require some travel to other company facilities as needed.

**Due to governmental requirements, all candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders**


The ERP Systems Administrator provides technical support and troubleshooting for Acumatica ERP users, ensuring smooth system performance and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving application issues, maintaining accurate support records, creating knowledge base articles, and escalating complex problems as needed. This role also supports user training and contributes to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support or help desk roles, preferably with ERP systems

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

  • Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:
