Job description

The Activity Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and is an active member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. The Activity Manager directs the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program. This includes the completion of the activity's component of the comprehensive assessment along with the comprehensive care plan goals and approaches. The Activity Manager oversees the direction of an activity program, which includes scheduling of activities, both individual and groups, and the implementation of such programs. The Activity Manager directs the monitoring of the residents? responses as well as the evaluation of responses to the programs to determine if the activities meet the assessed needs.
