The Activity Assistant job responsibilities include planing, organizing, and implementing recreational and social events to enhance the well-being of residents with a goal of promoting regular socialization and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working under the direction of the Activity Director you will help organize, plan, and execute a well-balanced activity program
  • Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, and games
  • Generate positivity and encourage resident participation
  • Work with all departments to ensure resident needs are being met
  • Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly
