Your Role

As an Activity Assistant, you'll help bring energy, creativity, and connection to our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and facilitate fun, engaging, and therapeutic activities that promote resident well-being, relaxation, and social connection

  • Support the Activity Director with assessing residents' interests and developing activities that align with their preferences and care plans

  • Help plan and carry out activities, special events, and programs

  • Prepare and distribute activity calendars and other communication materials

  • Encourage residents to participate while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families

  • Document resident participation and activities appropriately

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
