We're a locally owned, high-performing office in Haslett, TX dedicated to delivering personalized insurance solutions with a strong focus on service, integrity, and community connection.
We are seeking a licensed Life & Health Insurance Representative to join our sales and client relations team. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to grow within the insurance and financial services industry. Applicants must hold an active Life & Health license. Property & Casualty licensing is not required at the time of hire, but must be obtained within a designated time frame.
This is a full-time, in-office position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their life and health insurance needs
  • Offer tailored solutions including Life, Health, Disability, and Supplemental insurance policies
  • Promote the value of comprehensive insurance coverage and educate clients on available options
  • Actively participate in lead generation, referral programs, and community-based outreach
  • Support marketing initiatives including digital outreach and in-person events
  • Maintain accurate documentation using State Farm systems
  • Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and policy retention

  • Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame

Location:
