We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Reactivation / Prospecting Sales Representative to fuel our growth in Henderson, Nevada. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by aggressively hunting for new prospects and successfully re-engaging "lost" or inactive accounts. You must possess the ability to meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit objectives by promoting and selling high demand Sport Nutrition brands. You must also have strong telephone sales skills along with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Description:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business by identifying key decision-makers, researching companies, and executing cold outreach.
  • Lost Account Reactivation: Develop and implement targeted strategies to re-engage dormant, inactive, or previously lost customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all outreach efforts and call notes. Utilize our CRM platform for call planning and overall daily organization.
  • Phone Call Expectations: Make at least 60 phone sales calls per day, inclusive of active accounts, inactive accounts and prospects.
  • Account Information: Maintain accurate account data including shipping addresses, buyers and contacts, phone and emails.
  • Market Trends: Stay up to speed with trending items, brands, and categories within the Sports Nutrition landscape.
  • Other assigned duties by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in cold outreach, lead generation, or account reactivation.
  • Resilience: A "hunter" mentality with high tolerance for rejection, relentless self-motivation, and an energetic, positive attitude.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and convey value concisely.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills
